Included in posts you write should ALWAYS be at least one good image to represent the idea behind your post. Bloggers have been using images in their post more and more as means to get their content read by more readers, but what is the best kind of image to use in a post?
There are a ton of different kinds of images you can use in posts. Artistic images, dark images, scenery, metaphorical, and comical just to name a few. In this blurb, I am going to list the differences between funny and metaphorical images. Images speak a thousand words right? So, it helps to know the benefits of the type of image you use!
Why you should use humorous images
- It draws the readers eye as they try to figure out what is going on in the picture.
- Funny images amuse people, so they may be more inclined to want to read your content now that you have their attention.
- May make a reader feel more inclined to tell you how funny the picture was in a comment.
- Having a good laugh from seeing something on your blog may make them remember your blog.

Why you should use images with metaphors
- Someone may take interest in reading your article and trying to figure out the relation to the article with the image.
- Will get the user thinking and will hopefully end in them learning more from the article.
- A good metaphor in an image that ties perfectly to a post may make you seem smart.

thanx for the nice tip
Will try to do it in my blog!
I suggest you implement it yourself first.
When doing research for topics to write about, its usually a picture that sends me into my needed sarcastic rant. Images are two-fold yes–what is it and often give you an idea for a post.
I also use Apture plug, allows you to TAG [reveals info from from a tiny icon] words with images and video via hyperlink that you can play with to tell a story.
