I am on my 2ND account, with Twitter, I deleted an account with 800 plus spammers several month ago, just started a new account a few months ago. I am closing in on 100 again and hating it. There is no personal interaction to get or give any thoughtful advice on any subject in my opinion.

However, you point is true, I am actually using Facebook in that regard where my REAL friends actually reside. Twiiter is just a portable for a short urls….for me.

I usually write long enough to put my point across, so most of my posts might not be so long but don’t subscribe to a definite number of words.

I’m a Twitterer. It’s the best way to write tight and I’m constantly summarizing and getting rid of fluff words. Netizens have such a short attention span nowadays that it feels like Twitter was created to fill a great need, and it does.

Twitter is powerful yes but in the 2 month time I have been using it, I found that it has some annoying problems. Well, not Twitter itself, but the community. Like for example people that spam-follow others to get followed back. I get a few “FollowMeGetRich” types of followers every day and that tempts me to actually block some accounts from following me.
In my opinion, the most important thing is: Provide quality tweets.
